Timken Gaffney’s 6th Annual Cruisin’ For A Cure Car Show to benefit Cherokee County’s Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society being held at the Relay For Life Track at the Gaffney Timken Bearing Plant on April 27th, 2019. Our Rain date if needed will be May 11th, 2019
Car Show is open to cars, trucks, bikes, boats, race cars, tractor trailers or anything you want to show off and etc!!! Best in Show, Top 25, Speciality Awards, Custom Trophies, Giveaways, Raffles, 50/50 Cash Drawing, Silent Auction items, Games, Good Food, and Good Music!
Last year we had 120 entries and raised just shy of $15,000 for the charity and gave away over $8,000 in prizes. This year’s goal is 200 entries and $20,000 raised for the charity.
$15 pre-register before the show, $20 day of the show, Vendor Spots $30/spot and Donations accepted below.
This year we will be also continuing to have our vendor/crafters section to the show for those that would like to setup shop for the day to sell items. The fee is $30 per spot and one donated item per vendor to be used for a door prize, raffle item, or silent auction item by the show committee. The $30 is for a 12’x12′ spot so if you would like more than one spot or larger area, please purchase/register for more than one vendor ticket. Vendors are required to provide their own shelters/tents/tables/power if those items are needed. No food vendors for consumption on the show grounds, flea market, yard sale, or garage style items/setups for this event. We will only be accepting vendor applications up to 11pm on 4/24/2019. All vendors will recieve a load in/load out procedure/documents after registation is complete.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking for show entries will be on the grounds around our Relay for Life walking track in front of the plant Access to the area for show participants will be off on Hwy 29. Visitor and attendee parking will be in the attached parking lot adjacent to the track area.
There will be an area to unload/load/park car trailers in our overflow parking if you would like to bring your vehcile via trailer.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We would prefer that you bring your pre-register paperwork with you just in case there are any issues.
What is the refund policy?
There is a rain date for the event on May 11th, 2019. If the event is cancelled for weather on both dates or you do not show on event day, there will not be a refund and your entry fee will be donated to the charity via the show.
